You can check pass prices on the website. Select your session length and the system will display three pass options: for 5, 10, or 20 treatments.

The pass can be purchased:

On the website: Select your session length, log in or register as a user, and then pay for your pass using Przelewy24 (Google Pay, Apple Pay, BLIK, and others available). After payment, you'll receive an email confirmation and your pass in your user panel.

In the salon: The pass can also be purchased and paid for on site.

Purchased passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. By purchasing a pass, you automatically accept the terms and conditions.

You book treatments for the duration you chose at purchase. Sessions can be used for any body area (e.g., face, body). After purchase, the treatment duration cannot be changed. When booking a treatment, after selecting the date and time, a payment method may be offered. This can be: advance payment for the scheduled treatment online on the website, payment directly at the salon, or purchasing a pass (Subscription). In case of purchasing a pass, the first scheduled session will be automatically deducted from the pass. Cancellations and absences: If you cancel the appointment at least 48 hours before the date, the session returns to the pass. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or are absent, the session is lost. Exceptions apply only to unforeseen situations. Monitoring and reminders: You can check the number of remaining sessions and the pass validity period in the client panel on the website or in the app. The system automatically reminds you about the pass expiration date and remaining sessions.

The validity period of the pass depends on its type:

Voucher for 5 treatments – valid for 6 months.

Voucher for 10 treatments – valid for 12 months.

A 20-treatment voucher is valid for 24 months. Valid from the date of purchase. If you don't use all your sessions within the specified timeframe, any unused appointments will be forfeited.

Yes, you can purchase multiple passes of different durations, e.g., one for 30 minutes and another for 60 minutes, but this does not provide additional discounts or priority in booking treatments.

Currently, purchasing passes via the mobile app is not possible. You can use the website or buy a pass at the salon.
