A pass is a package of prepaid treatments limited by session duration. You can choose passes for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Each treatment within the pass corresponds to the selected session length. Passes allow convenient upfront payment for treatments. Packages allow significant savings:

• When purchasing 5 sessions – 1 free (total 6).

• When purchasing 10 sessions – 3 free (total 13).

• When purchasing 20 sessions – 8 free (total 28).

This reduces the cost of treatments compared to a single payment.

Package prices can be checked on the website. Select the session length, and the system will display three pass options: for 6, 13, or 28 treatments.

You can buy a pass:

• On the website: Select the session length, log in or register as a user, then pay for the pass via the Przelewy24 system (Google Pay, Apple Pay, BLIK, and others available). After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and the pass in your user panel.

• At the salon: You can also buy and pay for the pass on-site.

Purchased passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By buying a pass, you automatically accept the terms of use.

You book treatments for the duration you chose at purchase. Sessions can be used for any body area (e.g., face, body). After purchase, the treatment duration cannot be changed. When booking a treatment, after selecting the date and time, a payment method may be offered. This can be: advance payment for the scheduled treatment online on the website, payment directly at the salon, or purchasing a pass (Subscription). In case of purchasing a pass, the first scheduled session will be automatically deducted from the pass. Cancellations and absences: If you cancel the appointment at least 48 hours before the date, the session returns to the pass. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or are absent, the session is lost. Exceptions apply only to unforeseen situations. Monitoring and reminders: You can check the number of remaining sessions and the pass validity period in the client panel on the website or in the app. The system automatically reminds you about the pass expiration date and remaining sessions.

The validity period of the package depends on its type: 

• 6-session package – valid for 6 months. 
• 13-session package – valid for 13 months. 
• 28-session package – valid for 28 months. 

The validity starts from the date of purchase. If you don’t use all sessions within the given time, the unused ones will be forfeited.

Yes, you can purchase multiple passes of different durations, e.g., one for 30 minutes and another for 60 minutes, but this does not provide additional discounts or priority in booking treatments.

Currently, purchasing passes via the mobile app is not possible. You can use the website or buy a pass at the salon.

Tracking used sessions and managing bookings is possible through the user panel on the website. There you will find information about available sessions and the option to book new appointments.
